Hey does anyone know any good free websites where I can DOWNLOAD anime in AVI format?

Please no torrents , it doesn't download on my phone Oh and also I don't mind signing up for free ,

    Try asking on the myanimlist.net forum. They have REALLY knowledgeable people there since nobody was able to answer you here.
