In the Military im aloways Tired no matter what i do?

i work out in the gym, run and to crossfit workouts every day im in shape i take supplements i take vitamins and i push water all day yes i eat like **** but thats what being a lance in the USMC no matter if i sleep all day or dont sleep for 3 days im aloways mentally and physically exausted not feeling depressed just drained and usually pissed off

Update:

the last few days ive been sleeping more and doing only light pt havent really been pushing my self i allready tried easing into it i have been eating better

    You are physically tired and you need a rest Take it easy for a few days until you feel recovered. Then begin an easy routine and increase it gradually until you feel well. Modify your routines which are very hard to easier ones.
