Help!!! Need Help Losing Weight!!!!?

I can truly say that I REALLY need help losing weight. I'm getting SO depressed that I am not seeing any results. Ok... I do some type of cardio EVERYDAY.... For example... I run on the treadmill for about 45 minutes and do the elliptical machine for another 45 minutes everyday. I'm eating small meals daily also. For example, I am eating oatmeal for breakfast, maybe a sandwich for lunch, and for dinner I may have some wheat noodles and pasta. In between those meals I am drinking tons of water and eating minor snacks such as celery sicks and raisins. Do it sound like I am doing everything right? Occasionally on a Saturday I may eat a few chicken wings or something; but nothing major. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME to figure out what I am doing. I'm TIRED of the scale saying the same thing. Thank you in advance!!!!

    I just started a diet, and I think the main problem with yours is that you have too many grains and not enough vegetables or protein. For breakfast, it is good to have carbs, because it gives you energy, but you still need protein in the meal to keep you full, so I like to have an egg white with my oatmeal. For lunch, instead of having a sandwich, have a low-sodium vegetable soup or a big salad with lots of veggies and protein (like chicken or beans). For dinner, pasta is a big no-no. At night, you need the least calories, since you won't really be doing any physical activity at night. Eat some white meat like chicken or fish, and steamed vegetables. Make sure that your vegetables take up the majority of your plate. If you're still hungry and want seconds, have more vegetables, but not more meat. For snacks, eat things like vegetables or things like greek yogurt for protein. I know what it's like to be on the road to weight-loss. I just started my diet a few weeks ago, but I am slowly starting to see results. Patience! Also, try not to weight yourself more than once a week, it can become an unhealthy habit to obsess over the number on a scale. Work more toward feeling good, and the weight loss will follow more easily. ALSO, get LOADS of sleep, like at least 10 hours, and drink at least 2 liters of water a day. I like to put my water in an old 2 liter soda bottle, so I can make sure that I drink the whole thing during the day.

    Hi if you are seriously feeling like that how about you try fasting? Whenever you feel hungry eat ice cubes it sounds crazy but works or eat celery (you burn the calories it has just by chewing it! Haha) also if all else fails you could try joining weight watchers or something and as well as having a "workout" buddy helps for motivation also fitspo helps too (google fitspo) hmmm before every meal have a nice cold glass of water with a lemon wedge (lemon optional) that way you feel fuller and take your time eating as it takes your brain seven minutes to make sure it's full and send messages to your stomach. If you really must have something sweet munch on some Craisans (dried cranberries, like raisins) or ow fat yogurt. But seriously if EVERYTHING does not work then try the GM motors diet, it WORKS but it's difficult to do. Well good luck and hope I helped! Sorry for writing a lot haha -J (:

    Cut or your carbs no oatmeal or pasta stuff like that is a no no if you like you can have a slice of toast for a snack but you'll start losing weight this way especially with your cardio and with your cardio make sure its a faster paced Cardio that's what Burns fat do kick boxing or wrestling those are usually the best
