This bears nothing in common with Love Canal, I worked on that site in the 1980's

Surely, you are wrong about this.
After all, we have government agencies which protect us against such occurrences....at great cost to the tax payers.
There must be some mistake in the testing.
Perhaps we need a new government committee to study this problem....at great cost to the tax payers.
