Just a sore throat or strep?
I have a really sore throat, i had it yesterday and today, but I have nothing else wrong with me. No cold symptoms, no fever, no headache, I still have a ton of energy. My throat just hurts. I didn't see any white spots or pus. Is it still possible for me to have strep?

Probably not. Strep throat (streptococcus pyogenes infection) will really make you feel sick, including fever. Gargle with salt water, drink lots of water, and take care of yourself. You may end up with a cold that is going around; it starts with a sore throat.

It doesn't seem like you have strep throat,it sounds like you just have a sore throat.
