answer: there are no credible claims of cannibalism among European pagans.
It was a common charge against any opposing religion: Protestants claimed Catholics mixed Protestant blood in the communion wafer. Catholics claimed Jews used the blood of Christian children in the matzot, etc etc etc - in fact "blood libel" accusations are still used in these days, usually backwater European countries and Muslim lands.

No, though I did come across an account of Catholic Irish mercenaries eating a young Protestant woman in Italy during the middle ages.
