Alex Jones is an American talk radio host, actor and filmmaker. His syndicated news/talk show The Alex Jones Show, based in Austin, Texas, airs via the Genesis Communication Network over more than 70 AM, FM, and shortwave radio stations across the United States[2] and on the Internet. His websites include Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.[3]
Mainstream sources have described Jones as a conservative[4][5][6][7] and as a right-wing conspiracy theorist.[8][9][10][11] Jones sees himself as a libertarian, and rejects being described as a right-winger.[12] He has also called himself a paleoconservative[13] and an "aggressive constitutionalist".[14][15] Jones has been the center of many controversies, and has accused the US government of being involved in the Oklahoma City bombing[16] and September 11 attacks.[17]
He isn't really dangerous...unless you
1) Try to get rid of civilian guns "like Mao, Stalin, and Hitler"
2) Steal his guns
3) Are Piers Morgan
4) Are not American
EDIT - 5)Are a normal human being

He is a crackpot theorist who believes everything he is saying is true to 100%. Sometimes, when i watch clips of him on youtube or jusitn tv i think he has some good information and theory's but most of the time he is a crackhead who thinks he is always correct and then gives you bollox over more bollox of information to try and back it up.
In the Uk, we have a similar guy called charlie veitch not on the same scale... or same wave length but if you go on youtube for couple hours you can find all the anarchists and nutters and subscribe to them, i personally find these people over the top, and could be working for the government as a spinoff to try and keep the sheep following some nut jobs.
We also got some ex MI5 person who thinks he is a masire from god.who is a nut job like him, yet i somehow think he just got brainwashed some how into believing in this bollox to hide secret information from public.
Oh... and alex jones is the type of person who hates bradley mannings and julien assaunge for releasing secret cable links and all that information, so yer... once again my view is he is working for someone or is just a crackpot who everyone listens to now and again to see how mental he is.

Looking into the Piers Morgan interview with Alex it struck me that there were two dangers facing the audience: one in a very nice suit and tie, and one in blue jeans. The only controversy is which one is your "cup of tea".
Mr. Suit is the politically correct one at this time, with the majority of the media and the wind of change blowing in his direction re, gun control measures. Mr. Jeans is the slightly less articulate, very less politically correct voice of many who cherish the right to bear arms and harbor distrust of the government...especially politically "correct" big government.
If government is as benign and harmless as Mr. Suit believes, there really is "nothing here to see" folks. If the government is even half as devious and self serving as Mr. Jeans thinks, then some caution and vigilance is needed to preserve American liberty and constitutional law. In 1776 , were the "patriots" dangerous, or were the "redcoats" dangerous? It really depends on your point of view, does it not?

Your answers so far are fairly reasonable.
Whatever or whoever he is, take him for a grain of salt. He works his craft on fear-mongering. A showman of sorts, harmless in small doses, dangerous if you can't think for yourself.
