Weight loss tips, (Last stubborn pounds)?

I work out fairly well (Run 3 mi/day, crunches, pull ups, swim) and I have never been fat but haven't seen any results. I want to tone muscles because even with all my workouts i have a bit of a belly. Anyone know any workouts that I could add that would help. I'm 5'7'' 140lbs female so I don't really want to build too much muscle. Thanks in advance for the help. :)

Update:

I don't really have a lot of free time so as far as yoga goes are there any ones that work better than others? Also it's mostly lower ab like just above waist. Thanks :)

    First, it's impossible for females to build "too much muscle". We do not have the hormone (or enough of the hormone) testosterone, which builds large muscles.

    Some suggestions:

    1. Try increasing your mileage each week. Next week try 4 miles.

    2. Always suck in your stomach while walking, sitting, running...you get the picture. Moving your legs is actually controlled by your stomach muscles. Contracting those muscles while running or walking will build them.

    3. Reverse crunches.

    4. Core exercises like TRX, cardio kickboxing, pilates, yoga.

    Stand up and walk atleast 5 mins after evry 2 hours while working

    Good exercises that help tone are things like yoga and pilates, they'll keep you lean and won't bulk up your muscles.

    I've also heard that Zumba and Jazzercise are good/fun.
