I have sent or I sent you the email?

    Both are correct.

"I have sent" is better, however. This is the present perfect tense and it indicates an unspecific time.

"I sent" is the past simple tense and it is generally used for a specific time - like yesterday or last week.

Often there is an implied time so "I sent" can be seen as OK in some contexts.

    I Have Sent

Yacoffee is absolutely correct. If you want to tell them when you sent it, you should use 'I sent'- I sent you the mail last night.

Otherwise, 'I have sent you the mail' works.
