I'm just trying to lose maybe 5 pounds from my stomach and I'm looling for a daily routine that's pretty simple that I can just do maybe on my livingroom floor every night. I'm looking for a specific workout, not just "do crunches and leg lifs a lot" but more like "3 sets of so-and-so, 2 sets so-and-so, etc.". Thank you (:

Let me tell you something, if you don’t change your diet plan, then no exercise on earth can get you to the weight you desire. You will definitely lose some weight if you workout hard, but by following healthy diet and avoiding eating bad food the result will be 100 times better.
