a.) f=1/400pi=795.78khz
b.)f=2pi*f = 4.99 rad/sec
2. phase angle in
a.) 60 rad/sec
b) 60 degrees
period T=1/795.78khz
T=1.27 ms
and for number 5 i dont have answer. pelase help me to answer this by giving me the right solution ,please its our exam next week and i have to review this..thanks for those who can help

It appears that you don't know the difference between a radian and a degree. There are 2 pi radians and 360 degrees in a circle.
1a) w=400 pi rad/sec
1b) f=400 pi/(2 pi) Hz
2a) 60/(2 pi) rad
2b) 60 degrees
3) 1/f
4) When 400 pi t=60/(2 pi).
