when I start my pc, it takes too long for the start bar to configure?
whenever i start my computer, it takes around five minutes after the desktop shows up for the desktop icons and the start bar to show up too. This didn't use to happen before and I'm afraid sth is wrong.

As a start, download and run the free crap cleaner, CCleaner, from http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner.
I suspected you have too many startup items.
You may also have some malware problems causing the startup delays, for which I recommend downloading and running the free Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software to detect and remove all traces of malware including worms, trojans, rootkits, rogues, dialers, spyware and more: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_...

I would run scans for infections in safe mode, with networking, so you can download Malware Bytes, install and scan, selective start up and easy to remove infections, as they still be dormant. If this is beyond you then get a friend who may know how or take to a shop? Turn off un necessary start up programs. re evaluate you Security, are you running a firewall, System Restore to a date prior this happening? Worse case scenario is to re format your drive and if you don't backup you loose all you personal data?
