What's your favourite cocktail and how do you make it?

Mine is Bloody Mary, it's my favourite Sunday brunch treat, but I like it super spicy, loads of Worcester Sauce, Tabasco, lime juice (never lemon for me!!), celery salt, ice, and a tiny dribble of red wine over the top, lush!!! Not that I am a day time drinker normally, but Sundays are for chilling out and being self indulgent after working the other 6 days of the week!

    Rob Roy: Scotch, Vermouth (I prefer dry more than sweet), dash of bitters, cherry garnish. No ice for me.

    I just love margarita (slushed ice ) when eating mexican foods.
