This is my current diet. As you can see I'm eating only adds up to 1527 calories. As a guy I need at least 2000 potentially more since I'm going to the gym 7 times a week. I am trying to lose some belly and his fat to get abdominal muscles showing.
Currently I weight 76 kg and believe I'm about 6 kg off reaching my goal, then I will start a carb diet to gain muscle.
So do you think on this temporary weight loss I need to increase my calories or is this fine? And if yes what foods should I take
was thinking that maybe, but that will add alot of carbs

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
