I am looking for a way to lose weight other than eating right and working out. any idea's?

i weigh about 206 pounds and i am looking to get down to about 140 pounds. i am looking for ways to lose weight other than working out and eating right because i already eat right and as soon as my tattoo heals ill be back to swimming laps everyday.i dont like working out at gyms because of how dirty they are and i already do belly dancing once a week. any ideas would help out a lot.

Update:

on another note i am hypoglycemic and i eat 6 small meals through out the day to keep my blood sugar at normal levels. and no snacks. no soda. and one small desert a week.

    A healthy diet and exercise will help you loose weight. I would suggest changing your exercise routine every now and then. example: one week go swimming then the next week go for walks or a jog. As for food try looking up the best foods for aiding in weight loss. Try different teas too. White tea, green tea and oolong tea are the best when you're trying to loose weight but you should do further research on that

    K, I appeared it up and here is why: of the ninety calories of your caesar salad, 35 energy are from fat. Which means that that a entire third of what you are eating is simply fat. I have never had the caesar at McDonalds, but if I remember whatever about caesars, it's that they may be romaine lettuce (just about water, despite the fact that they -appear- healthy and vegetable-y) and cheese. Except you have got received some veggies thrown in there, it's now not excellent for you. Truthfully, although, seeing as how you devour at mcdonalds, you would be doing a lot worse. And that salad has so much much less sodium than the fowl salads. You are also making a sensible alternative in opting for the low-fats balsamic over the creamy ranch dressing.     Don't drink any soda at all.... Don't eat any fast food at all.... don't eat any fried foods at all...

    Eat wheat bread... eat lots of vegetables and fruits... sweet potato instead of white potato... Just make eating changes like that and if you're not sure if what you're eating is alright look it up you might be surprised.

    you dont have to make a three digit number your weight loss goal aim for a certain dress size or waist measurement

    make sure you check food labels and avoid anything with more than 4 grams of sugar especially high fructose corn syrup per serving

    when picking up your kids from school get out of the car and greet them with a hug instead of waiting in the car curbside
