blaming God for misfortune?

I love that out of every category I visit, this one is the most passionate and opinionated (mind I haven't visited every category). So I guess I'd like to get feedback on one thing that I wonder about. Ahh...I can just feel the heated comments and bible versus already..(sorry for sarcasm.)

I don't like (don't mix this with 'understand') when people blame God or say "How could he let this happen?" "Where was He?" ect..........

I'm not religious as in church going, but I have strong beliefs. Where was he?

I believe we are all here to learn. Test of faith. When something awful happens, I don't wonder where God was. I believe he was right there.

There will always be evil on this earth. Whether it happens close to home with you or not.

Anyways, I have this vision. It's gonna sound completely stupid. But here goes. Before you are born you are given a pair of socks. Striped, colored, whatever. The farther they go up to your knees, the harder life you have chosen or are given to you. I put my socks on and look at everyone elses to compare, and they do the same and we hug eachother after seeing the length of eachothers socks. Stupid. I know. But it will never leave me. My question?

I don't have one which is against the rules. Just feedback please.

    God is.

    God wanted to experience.

God was alone so God could not experience.

God decided to subdivide it's self into observational units for the purpose of exploration and interaction.

We call these units people but they are really just parts of God exploring all of the possibilities.

All of the possibilities includes everything that you see as good and everything that is seen as bad, or evil.

God does not see some of it's creation as bad we do.

The simple truth is simplicity is not always the best teacher.

in my opinion people should be able to blame whatever deity they believe in for their misfortunes. i mean when something good happens people are always like "its a blessing from god" or "thank god" so why shouldnt he also be responsible for the bad? and if youre thinking cause the devil causes the bad well hey the devil cant do anything god wont let him do so in the end its all god. thats just the way i see if but then again im not religious or spiritual person anymore. oh yeah and the sock thing is a pretty cool vision/idea.

"I sort the mild, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do a majority of those issues." Isaiah 40 5:7 (King James version: different variations do no longer regulate the experience a great deal, and different verses teach comparable assertions) "Shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath no longer performed it?" Amos 3:6 Your image of God is at odds with that from the bible, it variety of feels. As an atheist i do no longer blame God for something, yet I do be conscious the stress of the "if God, no longer good" argument against people who do have confidence in a benevolent all-powerful being. The "freewill" and "fall" defences are, to me, rationalisings of the observable distinction between the existence of an appropriate God and the international because it incredibly is.

Some people have a more solid faith, but everyone is tested on his faith at one point or many. It is not a test put forth by God...it is the willfulness of the soul which seeks better than guaranteed proof.

Misfortune found is sometimes a blessing in disguise... as in these valleys much wisdom can be gathered... can be a time of great re birth... as we come into touch with what is of worth... real essence... i know God takes my hand in these times... raises the valleys... lowers the mountains ... so I can travel with better ease... as well. we get fresh breath along the Way...as well, some good spiritual companions come to share wine and bread ~ these ones know the way through all the twists and turns > good to meet a few good neighbors, who guide us through .
