On the first one, the only man involved in the Cuban revolution was Che, so I'd go with B.

The second is D. Hitler's political philosophy was built around opposition to Communists and the USSR. Part of his hatred of Jews came from a belief that Jews somehow were genetically pre-disposed towards Communism. That's crazy of course, but he could cite that many leaders of the Bolshevik revolution (like Leon Trotsky) were Jews. 
 
On the third one, I'd go with C. JFK's "quarantine" of Cuba was done instead of bombing, so I guess getting the UN involved did get him more time.

The fourth one would be C, the Cultural Revolution.
