Am I fainting because of my knees?

My knee is extremely painfull but I don't know why but ever since Boxing Day. Every time I excersise or do too much with my knees the become very painful (particularly in my left knee) and go purple. Then I see yellow dots feel very dizzy and occasionally loose my hearing then faint. These symptoms can last up to 10 mins before I faint. I don't faint at any other times. I eat a balanced diet drink a lot am thirteen a girl and am not diabetic or anaemic although I think my iron levels may be low. I heard that you can faint from pain

Btw please don't tell me I should see a doctor or have injections and tests because I am petrified of them and needles blood and sick make me faint too!

    I understand you not wanting to go to the doctors, but please, please, please do. Not seeking medical help after experiencing symptoms like this is extremely risky and I do not recommend it at all.

    Take a close friend, sibling or parent with you to the doctor to give you comfort whilst visiting, it's highly unlikely he will ask for any blood samples and even more unlikely to have to give you an injection.

    Hmm, firstly I'll say that I'm not a doctor so don't think that I'm good at diagnosing people.

    It sounds like Osteonecrosis to me. This usually only affects older women though but can affect younger women given certain conditions are met. If it is osteonecrosis then you really need to get to a doctor immediately. Click on my source link for more info on it.
