No joke. Is the Constitution relevant anymore?

The President doesn't worry about violating it. Congress doesn't stop him. Congress itself violates it with impunity. Even the Supreme Court cites international law and "precedent" in its opinions. Is it REALLY the law of the land anymore if it is not properly enforced and/or followed?

YES it is the law of the land, however a law is only as effective and powerful as the efforts made to enforce it. The Fed Govt is corrupt and there are few there that care to enforce it. It is up the 'We the people' to enforce the stipulations of the Contract.

Unconstitutional on what grounds? Which element of the U.S. shape makes the U.S. shape unconstitutional? back interior the eighty's I observed a political comic strip approximately an assertion that the form grew to become into unconstitutional yet I in no way theory i might hear all people incredibly attempt to make that argument.

The Constitution is not "the law" and never has been. Legislation from Congress is the law, the Constitution only establishes the framework within which Congress legislates. Everything Congress does is "constitutional" because it is presumably the will of the people enacted through the representative electoral process. If you don't like it, defeat it in the electoral process and when you lose, cry to your mommy about it, not me.

The only part of the Constitution the government holds dear is the 16th amendment.

The constitution is always under challenge. That is why the Supreme Court even exists.

It is still relevant the problem is people are complacent, we elected a black president and suddenly abuse of the constitution is cool, then again liberals have never honored or respected it, how can they when they are anti-moral, and it is a morally set document! The abuses will continue as long as we allow the abuse to happen, the greatest power is the will of the people and when we are sick of it WE will end that abuse!
