i think of that become some city legend or in some horror movie. i've got put in lavatories till now & can inform you that it is merely no longer ideal snake habitat. think of roughly it. One might think of that a snake has gotten interior, trapped & seems for a watery habitat. it could pick the dogs bowl or the bathroom. study teach that maximum snakes that discover their way indoors are black snakes searching for mice. Black snakes choose dry habitat and can have not have been given any reason to flow get on your bathroom. except you reside interior the midst of a swamp, you're unlikely to discover a water snake on your place. they simply have not have been given any interest in being there. additionally, there is not any way that a snake might go (or ought to flow) interior your properties sealed, water tight sewer pipes and make it is thank you to the bowl. Do you have a sewage pool on your basement? needless to say no longer, so how's a snake entering into there? it is no longer logical once you already know abode plumbing. do no longer concern, a snake biting your bum merely might desire to no longer happen.

It's not your bottom that you should be worried about. That's too big for a snake to bite. Worry about any smaller part that is sticking down into the toilet.

So far as I know, that has only happened once, and it was in an apartment building. The snake crawled into the toilet in one apartment and appeared in a toilet in another apartment.

(hey, that give me an idea for a new surveillance tool - the "toilet snake cam" :) )

That is an irrational fear there are no water snakes that would be able to survive in the sewer let alone make it through the pipeline system and into anyones let alone your toilet also snakes are more afraid of you then you are of them
