I only had it once. It was during my sleep--which is sad. It was not a wet dream. It lasted almost 20 secs then stopped. I could feel my dream switching so i forced the orgasm dream to stay and caused it to intensify. The real answer is when you reach a state right above and incline point during sex. Master calls it the climax (orgasm). males lasting around 5 secs. females last around 20-1 min.
