I don't think that he's going to get those powers back. perhaps it he had another situation like the last one he'll get his hollow powers back. oh, and the anime may not have ended, because the manga is ongoing. if you want to know what happens next, start at chap 500 and you'll see the coolest thing to ever happen in bleach history.
