Promises made by the Conservatives Party that they haven't fulfilled?

Jobs for example...haven't seen a jobs Bill yet. They filibustered the one from President.

It seems man is too stupid to get the message even after 5 or 6 thousand years of writing. Governments are nothing but a gang of armed thugs that exploit the people who produce the necessities of life and give the fruits of their labor to non-producers.

How do you figure they've been running the country, given that we have a democrat president, a split senate, and Republicans have had a majority of the house in the last two years? Conversely, they did control congress in the mid 1990s, and despite the fact that they were the ones who cut taxes and spending, people keep talking about how we had a budget surplus when Clinton was in the white house.
