Can either of my meds react with energy drinks?

I was wondering if energy drinks, any of them (red bull, monster, rockstar, etc), could react with any of my medications. One of my meds is an anxiety reducer to help with my OCD and is a generic of Zoloft. It is a sertraline tablet. The other med is an acne med and is a Doxycycline capsule that i take 2 times a day. So i was wondering if either could react with energy drinks cause i drink them every so often Thanks so much for your time!!! :)

Agree. The energy drinks cancel out the effects of the anti-anxiety medicines. You perhaps are poorly controlled on all of this if you still need an energy drink.

they should not interact with them harmfully. They are mostly just sugar and caffine. But if you are taking an anit-anxiety medication then it is counter productive to drink energy drinks. Energy drinks make you hiper and jittery. That is the kind of behavior you are trying to avoid by taking an anti-anxiety medication. Plust energy drink are HORRIBLE for you.

I would just not drink them and you wont have to worry.
