I am not particularly a horror movie fan but since I love all kinds of movies, I have seen many good horror movies as well. Some good horror movies are (the list contains names of some old movies along with the recent movies):

"Psycho" (this film by Alfred Hitchcock is one of my favorites)

''Scream'' films (an excellent horror film series; Scream and Scream 2 are excellent, Scream 3 is fairly good, but I didn't like Scream 4 that much)

"The Ring" (a very good horror film... It also has a sequel, The Ring Two, but it isn't as good as the first movie)

"I Know What You Did Last Summer" (Now this one is not an excellent movie, but it's quite scary)

"Final Destination" (very good movie; there are several sequels but I haven't seen them yet)

"Let Me In" (It's a beautiful horror romantic movie... so excellent and sophisticated)

"Nosferatu" (now this one's not that scary, but it's a classic and so very excellent. Well, it's a very old movie. It is a 1922 movie and it is silent)

"Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street" (this film directed by Tim Burton is not ''scary'', but it's something like horror, musical, black comedy, together. It's an excellent movie)

"Sleepy Hollow" (well, it's a good horror movie)
