He has a girlfriend, we are always texting, I like him, does he?

So basically, I met a guy on bbm back in November who's in my school and a year ahead. During November, him and his girlfriend broke up again because she keeps cheating on him. In December they got back together again.

In November, we texted everyday, until he lost his phone at the end of November. I didn't become contacts with him until January this year. Now we're always texting. For the past three days its constant, we just fall asleep and wake up next morning and continue the conversation. He tells me I'm really lovely adorable, cute, one time he said I was perfect and a few times he said I was beautiful. He's so nice, sweet and funny and I really like him. We see each other at school a lot and we both agreed its about time we actually talk in person.

He actually has never mentioned any girlfriend to me, I know from a friend. I really like him but since he has a girlfriend I think he doesn't like me but we always text so I'm getting mixed signals.

Any ideas?
