I would definitely wear them but only with some semi-masculinity and decency in mind. i.e. shorts over or at least a long top to cover the junk and worn in a way to still look like a manly man and not too much like a feminine boy.
Men's Lycra leggings have enough stretch in them to not squash the groin despite ignorant belief. The men's versions actually cater for that area far better than women's would. So there is no issue.
I wear men's compression and sports leggings for running and cycling and they are amazingly comfortable in those regions, so it's only natural for the progression to lean towards standard male fashion attire. After all, the skinny jeans are almost that tight now.
For guys here on YA who are pro wearing female garments or want to push the boundaries of cross dressing, I would only recommend it for guys who are slim and/or semi-muscular builds. I have nothing against a guy wanting to wear leggings but do yourself a favour, if you have a GUT, LOVE HANDLES or POT BELLY hanging over the front and choosing to wear them with no shorts over in an attempt to prove your freedom on the matter, please refrain from wearing them like this, as it's just gonna look a bit ridiculous in 99% of peoples eyes. Nobody wants to see your perverted exhibitionist agenda to see your underwear under see through leggings or crotch outline (regardless of how well you hide your junk). Harsh words but fair call, seriously it's not helping the cause. In saying that, don't give other slimmer guys a hard time about wearing them because you choose not to lose weight either.
Overweight bigoted haters will only thumb this answer down and prove my point.

I'll certainly not exit with a man sporting rings if I desired to date some one with earring I date a girl i've obvious guys wearing them the scale of plates and so they appear actual silly

I don't even like skinny jeans, or even the thought of wearing them.
You see, my groin doesn't require a microscope for anyone to be able to see it, so anything like that is out of the question. Besides, trends are just that, trends; anyone participating would only regret it.
