My Hotpoint Washer dryer fault code?
I have a Hotpoint WDD960 Ultima Washer Dryer and recently I have been having problems with it. It says the error code is F13 and when I googled that it said "F13 - Check the water supply, inlet valve and hot and cold hose connections." We were recommended to buy an element sensor - would this fix the problem? Thank you.

Before buying anything, remove the hoses from the faucettes to the washer.
Check and clean the screens in the hose connections. if one of these screens are plugged or partially plugged with debris, you will receive this error.
Low water pressure may alos cause this problem if you are using the washer at peak usage times.
