EXPERTS ONLY:Too much foreskin removed during circumcision?Who do I see?

Ok im 23, however I noticed that at age five, my penis at the end ridge was red constantly and sore.

I have no slack on my penis when erect. and hair grows half way up my shaft. I think I had way too tight of a circumcision, who do I see, what type of medical health professional can help with this?

I've been seeing a urologist for other reasons, but he seemed old, tired, and not really concerned on addressing my question and dismissed it. Who is THE person to see about assecessing the problem of this nature, and how to possibly correct it? Please I really need help, i think it has not only affected my size, but my inability to enjoy sex naturally. Please help me, professional answers only. Thankyou

Hi Standaman: If your urologist is not of a mind to help,...and likely is of the era when circumcision was considered a good thing,....he may not see the harm in a circucmision as severe and destructive as yours.

There are no rules in circumcision and the doctors can take as little or as much as they like on that day.

They are totally unaccountable for the harm and damage they do.

No parents is going to know what kind of job was done when their new born infant son is returned to them bleeding, bruised, swollen, and howling in agony.

The harm and damage that escalates with age is left for the infant as a young man to deal with.

The doctor gets away with a nice cheque, and you suffer the damage.

Many guys, including myself suffered unusually tight circumcisions.

I always had uncomfortable erections, but thought that was the way they were supposed to feel.

I knew instinctively that something was missing and always wanted to have my foreskin back. I knew I could never get the original one back, but I found out I could restore my foreskin and started right away.

I am a finished restorer, and very happy with the results.

The foreskin I restored is not as good as the one that was hacked off my protesting body all those years ago, but it will be far better than living out my life without a foreskin of any kind.

Foreskin restoration is a time and dedication process, but is worth every second of time and every bit of effort.

I now have plenty of skin mobility during erections, I have enough skin for the erection to expand into,...which before I did not,...and my shaft skin allows the hair laden scrotal and pelvic skin to retract back to where it belongs. Circumcision is a totally destructive and harmful procedure no matter which way you look at it.

Shortly after I began to restore, the uncomfortable erections went away, as I now had enough skin for them to fully develop. I even gained a modest amount in length.

No doctor is aware of how large you will be as an adult and has no idea about the amount of skin needed for an adult erection. (don't get me wrong,...I am very normal in size) Another in the long list of reasons to never circumcise a child.

I have been helping men get started on their own foreskin restoration program for six years. It has been so good for me, I want to let others know of the improvements restoring your foreskin can make.

Everything you have listed as problems can be resolved by restoring your foreskin.

I can help you with information, links, experience, and support.

I have an e-mail based photo file on how to make a simple, effective, foreskin restoration device from a plastic kitchen funnel. I make this file available to anyone who asks.

If the idea of restoring your foreskin appeals to you,...it is totally non medical and most doctors will never know anything about it,....please have a look through the attached links. You will have a million questions.

Please feel free to write to me through the e-mail icon on my profile page andI will be glad to answer them.

Good luck and I hope this helps.

depending on the doctor the baby will probably either have a gomco or plastibell circumsicion. There is also one called a mogen (check spelling). The gomco and mogen use sterilized surgical devices and a portion of the foreskin is removed. Vaseline gauze will be placed on the tip of the penis for a couple of weeks until healed. The plastibell is a plastic right placed tightly around a portion of the foreskin that allows that part of the skin to fall off within a week or so. No further care is needed. Most babies tend to cry more with being strapped down than with the actual procedure and some doctors use lidocane first. In my opinion the lidocane is just one more stick and burn than is necessary, but some doctors and parents prefer it. Most nurseries have a concentrated sugar water medication to give the baby after the procedure that is like a pain killer/relaxant for infants. That along with swaddling and holding/rocking the baby afterwords works pretty well with reducing pain.

Well THE person to see would be a Urologist.

However most of them are pro-cirk so you would need to shop around.

The problem is that once the cut is made you cannot correct it.

This is why there is controversy over infant circumcision =

once the kid is cut = that's it for life.

If you are seeking compensation then you need a lawyer who specialises

in this type of action. Again you need to shop around.

However whilst a payment may be gratifying =

it doesn't give you back your sex life.

Surgery cannot, at the moment, replace what is cut off.

Foreskin "restoration" works for some guys, not for others.

You can use tissue expansion to grow whatever skin is left to form a substitute foreskin. This sounds like a crazy idea, but tissue expansion is a legitimate procedure used by plastic surgeons. People who are upset about their circumcisions use this as a method of fixing a lot of the damage that was done.

Pretty much everyone who has been restoring for a while reports that it works very well. That being said, it does take years to finish. It takes patience and determinism, but the gains are well worth it.

Firstly, the presence of loose skin will reduce the stress on your existing penile skin during erections. Secondly, if you restore for a while, you simply will not believe how much better orgasms are.

The sleeve of loose skin keeps the glans (head) moist and more sensitive. The gliding motion of the slack skin stimulates the newly sensitized glans and by itself stimulates nerve endings. This may not sound like much, but after three years of restoring, my orgasms must have gotten better by a factor of five. I am not exaggerating when I say this, but I would have never believed it myself when I first started. It is not a placebo effect. It is genuine sexual function and pleasure being brought back.

Orgasms used to be fairly numb and located just in my groin. Now, they are full-bodied and electrifying. I am not even done restoring either. This the best thing that I have ever done physically for myself.

You can look up foreskin restoration to get a plethora of information about it, including how it works, what to expect, etc.

Unfortunately, there isn't a lot they can do one the skin has been removed. You can try extra lube during sex, that should help. The doctor to see about it though would be a urologist. Like I said though once the skin is removed they can't very well put it back and anything they could do would be majorly painful and IMO not recommended.

I don't know about your ridge but a penis should be firm when erect and hair grows up the shaft on some people whether cut or uncut. If you have a tighter circumcision it should just increase sexual pleasure more.
