Underweight, can't gain weight?
I'm currently 22 years old, 5ft8 and weight 121 pounds
but here is my issue:
1) I have a fast metabolism. (i calculated that i need to eat at least 3000 calories to maintain and gain weight)
2) I have a poor appetite. When I am stressed out, it gets worse.
3) I've been diagnosed for severe depression/ bipolarism.
4) I am very self-conscious of my weight which makes me stress out more.
5) I have no money. Lost my job, dropped out of school, paying off school and medical debt. So I am limited to the amount of food i can buy.
6) Marijuana helped me gain 10-15 pounds, but i ended up building too much of a tolerance and neither can I afford it, most of the weight has gone.
7) I would like to work-out but have no equipment or can afford to pay a sub for the gym
Any tips would be helpful. I have a feeling most people will say just be happy about your body, but I think personally in my case, it's only have made me more depressed.

Bananas are cheap. Lots of bananas, beans, avocados and milk....as far as gym equipment...a dining room chair and a wall are great!! Laundry detergent jugs filled with water are awesome weights! And believe it or not, yoga, is an amazing work out. Body weight training with yoga gets pretty intense. Lots of workouts online that might be good for you! Hope I helped some! :-)

Work out at home! You don't need equipment to get a workout in! Do Pilates(you can find classes online) and do crunches, planks, side planks, lunges etc! Take jogs and do runs where you alternate sprinting and jogging. All this exercise will increase your appetite and buildings muscle will really start to add weight to your body. Hope everything works out for you!

Eat a lot of protein bars, and the highest quality protein mix is whey. It's expensive, but works. Do 100-300 Sit ups a day, and 50-150 pushups a day, and you'll gain weight, and get ripped really fast

Just remember, Good old American food, and chocolate. Sugar, eat, and eat, then EAT MORE. But be ashamed of your body, not happy, don’t lie to your tiny awkwardness, just commit mass gluttony, **** your stress, then eat what's causing it. Stand a glorious fat bastard, and express your inner manly man.
Don’t forget, every real man has a beard.
So if you want to gain weight, eat. Take it to the extremes and punch an African Child, and take their food. Jump in line, and scream at everyone, and never say no to a big *****.
