Woke up with puffy eyes and nose?
I woke up today with puffy eyes and nose and this is the first time this has happened to me. I'm only 14. I'm not sure if it was from yesterday; from eating too much salt because I went to a restaurant. I've been drinking water and i'm not sure if these are jus allergies. Is there anyway that I can clear up my nose and my eyes? Thx

Maybe it's just your allergies. Either that or maybe because you don't get enough sleep. Many people wake up with their eyes puffy and stuff because, well, they just woke up. But maybe if it's really puffy because you haven't gotten any sleep lately, and you sorda a little " oooh " in the morning. But I think it's allergies. Just take some benedryl. You can find it in any grocery store. Or any store really. Just not in corner stores lol.

You need to Fast TEN days every THREE months.
Or TWENTY-ONE days every SIX months, or FORTY days every year.
You will be immunized against all this nonsense.
It won't cost you anything. It might be part of your career.
You need to study the facts about it before you try anything, or you can injure yourself seriously.
