I wanted to buy Medieval II: Total War, and then I also wanted to download the mod Third Age: Total War. However I'm unsure if my PC can run it. Below I've listed all my specs which I thought were important, if they are not good enough, what would I need to run both of these?

More than likely, yes. The game has rather low system requirements... however, you didn't provide the graphics card, the most important part of the system. If you want a sure answer, give us that and we'd be able to determine 100%.
