Can you help me identify this anime?

The only thing I remember about this anime is all of the characters in this particular and peculiar anime had super conspicuous lips, and that alone made this anime series stand out. I think i saw it on adult swim. It is also a solemn anime.

Update:

The only thing i can remember is a white guy with long hair and big lips. The character's was voice was somewhat feminine also. I watched this anime a long time ago so sorry for being vague.

@Inkwolf OMG their lips look just like that but they are ALOT more detailed. And the anime I am trying to figure out had Action Fighting scenes in it.
