Who are the Hollywood liberals who promote violence in their films?
There was a recent question from a conservative about this. I highly suspect his premise was correct to some degree, but when I asked for examples, he just said something like "they are everywhere". That may be the case, or maybe not. I don't watch many violent films, and I don't pay much attention to the political stances of film makers. Are there many hypocrites on this issue? Who are they? Please, no "all of them"-type answers. I know that not everyone in Hollywood is liberal, and not all films promote violence. I do know that Schwarzenegger and Eastwood are Republicans because their Republicanism has been much in the news.
I asked for liberals; why are people naming conservatives? Why do I want to know? Well, if they really are hypocrites, I will probably not pay to see their films. Can't you conservatives come up with a few actors, directors, or producers who promote violence in their films, but also speak out on things like gun control?

You answered your own question but what makes you think any of us know or care who or what political party any film maker subscribes to?If they're good we watch them,if not we don't.
Whats your reason or agenda in knowing who is who?

You know something? I thought about this question as well! I thought of all the trash that comes out of the sewer hole known as Hollywood, and the violent films staring some actor/actress/goddess that is found vomiting outside of a night club celebrating their divorce becoming final, I think how hypocritical it is for them to star in, and then throw themselves at the feet of Barack Obama! And then ask me to sell my guns to the government! Hey, if I can get full price for them, instead of them paying me 1/4 the price of what I paid for, then I might consider it, but snce you know as well as I do, this will never EVER happen!
But Hollywood, in all their hypocrisy, could really care less! Why? Hey, if it makes them the $'s, then they would jump at it in a heartbeat!
But what stuns me is that we ain't gonna see Stallone, Schwarzenegger, and (Bruce) Willis not get "Black Balled" by the hypocrites! I guess money not only talks, but speaks in many volumes!
It's just like when Hollywood slams Christianity, but they sure love their Scientology and their messiah L. Ron Hubbard, along side their other messiah Barack Obama!
