Re-battering Catfish pieces?
So I fixed catfish pieces for dinner and dipped them in Beer Batter. And instead of Frying them I fixed them in the oven. But when I did that the batter fell off.
My question is: Can I re-batter the catfish pieces and fry them?

No. And for future experiences a wet batter cannot be baked.
Beer battered items you buy in the freezer section, have already been lightly pre fried.

Dogfish dont have any bones they are palegic ,but watch out with the skin it is very abrasive,so epidermis first after gutting ,then dispose of head and reduce into strips and deep fry . That you would be able to also use a potatoe peeler the circular style and push into the flesh and removee lengths around three inches ,dip in egg mix quilt in bread cumbs and deep fry in sizzling oil exactly like Scampi. Dogfish is sold in London chip stores as rock salmon, dont know if it is sold any where else.

if you've already cooked the fish in the oven then the fish is already cooked, so therefore, if you cook the fish a second time ie;deep fry then you'll likely have dry, over cooked fish.
