So I fixed catfish pieces for dinner and dipped them in Beer Batter. And instead of Frying them I fixed them in the oven. But when I did that the batter fell off.

My question is: Can I re-batter the catfish pieces and fry them?

My computer does not have "Microsoft Office" on it. It only has "Microsoft Works Word Processor" on it.

When I type up notes I save them as a WPS File. When I send out notes, no body seems to be able to open them. They say that their computers don't recognize WPS Files. So I have to go in and re - save them as a RTF File just so they can read it.

And I don't understand why I have to save them different ways?

Have tried using vinegar and baking soda and nothing has worked. Any suggestions would be greatly helpful.

So I'm going to make peanut butter chicken over the weekend. I have the recipe already. I am looking for a peanut butter glaze that I can pour over the chicken when it's done baking and before I serve it.

I'm looking for some pasta dishes and recipes that I can make. I pretty much have some from of potato every night at dinner and would just like to switch it up a bit.

They tend to get worse when doing dishes, or in the shower. Also my hands get sweaty when I'm not doing anything. Just don't understand why they are doing this as it has never happened in the past. Any ideas would be helpful.
