Im slim but wanna tone up at gym, any tips?
Basically im 19 nd quite slim, im about 5ft 9 and weigh 9 stone, anyway i started gym (again) and really wanna tone up, not get really hench but just toned so bigger muscles nd that. How is the best way to do that? Also get better fitness and yes i do smoke but that doesn't matter as much as people say coz i know loads of people who do that and worse and still get toned naturally. Was thinkin about protein shakes or somethin, please any tips you can think of will be great.

Understand that most of the 'tone' body builders you see have dehydrated their muscles to get that look.
Once you've achieved desired bulk, cut back(but don't stop) protein intake, increase your reps and lower the weight you use.
Doing this and flushing your body with a lot of water, and possibly taking a fat burner(hydroxycut, for example) will really tone up the muscle mass you currently have.
