Food and wine. Foe someone whom drinks wine, and has a knowledge of?
Im the cook in my family. I dont and thing about wine. I am 17 i wont be drinking any. But my family is have some guast over. And i will be cook.
Im cooking sticky lemon chicken and for a side Chorizo & soft-boiled egg salad. For a salad im just making a siple tossed salad.
Chicken Ingeadtients:
4 chicken breast fillets with skin
1 large lemon
2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1½ tbsp clear honey
Chorizo & soft-boiled egg salad:
baby new potatoes , halved
4 eggs
8 oz green beans
chorizo ring, sliced
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
2 tbsp chopped parsley
What good wine will go with this dish? LIKE I SAID IM NOT DRINKING WINE, its for the adults that will be there.

Chardonnay:
Usually a medium to full-bodied, dry wine.

Sauvignon Blanc (Fumé Blanc):
Medium to light-bodied and dry.
