Natural fall asleep..........?
Both my little brother 16 nd I have problems falling asleep. I am normally falling asleep around 3 am and waking up at 4:40 am and my little brother is going to sleep at 2 am waking up at -6:30. This is not enough sleep for either of us. During the day I feel sleepy but don't take naps thinking I will go to bed early but end up laying in the dark from 10pm to 3am before falling asleep he said the same is with him. What are some natural sleep remedies that help you fall asleep as I come from a family where sleep problems are common and I don't believe in sleeping pills or medications my body doesn't need to depend on it and I sure as heck don't want my little brother taking them at 16. Please help with some natural products that make you fall asleep faster. Thanks.

Good sleep aide is Melatonin and their is also sleeping tea. This is Natural and not addicting.

Don't sleep for 2 days.
When about to sleep. 3 hours prior, don't eat anything.
When on bed, close your eyes, stay silent. For 10 minutes think of nothing but humming. Or the sound of your breathing. You'll eventually pass out, you probably won't have dreams, and the duration might feel only a second but is actually several hours., but sooner or later your sleeping habit will be fixed and you can dream peacefully.

It worked for me, though the hard part is thinking about nothing but humming/ sound of my breathing.
