Where did Sasuke learn to revive technique?
Spoiler alert! This question is for hardcore Naruto fans. Okay, Sasuke easily revives Orochimaru. There was no background information who taught him that technique... I'm aware it could be Orochimaru who taught him but would did he? So, apparently Sasuke had the power to do it all along and he knew Orochimaru was still alive, living in the dimensions of the curse mark. But I though Orochimaru was sealed by Itachi? Seal inside that sword. Where was Orochimaru all along? Was he revived in his real form and body? I though he needs a vessel to get by. Lastly, I read the latest manga, he gets back his arms but his been using his arms when he fought Naruto? What's going on???

About his arms, there is a bit of confusion in the manga itself I think, but it appears that when he gets a new vessel he can use them again. As time passes, however, he loses their use again, and that happens before he can change body again.
Aside from that, yes, Orochimaru was sealed by Itachi, but a portion of him lived inside Kabuto. It is as if the one that is alive now is a sort of clone born from the cells and the chakra of the original (he can think and act independently). And yeah, I'm guessing that Sasuke was taught how to revive him by Orochimaru himself, or simply deduced it (please...).
The vessel used was Kabuto's flesh.
