Should I be worried if my blood pressure is higher in my left arm than in my right arm?

    Small variations are normal. If the difference is more than 20 points on the top number (systolic blood pressure) between arms then you should discuss with your doctor.

    Large differences i would go to the doctor and see but small variations shouldn't be too much trouble, the difference may occur because of lifting weights or doing exercises (may even just because of writing)
