Do u think animals have gone through intellectual evolution like humans have?

No animals just use their instict, although some can learn,we can think far more than animals

Obviously some critters are brighter than others. In some cases, increased intelligence is "adaptive", that is, it allows the organism to survive better. In others, not so much. A really bright crocodile wouldn't function much better than a dim one.

Many higher animals display rather remarkable intelligence. Chimps have the same early-life development rate as human babies, for instance. They display a wide variety of emotions, are self-aware, and use tools.

Even some birds display tool use; crows not only use tools they can modify the tools they use for specific purposes.

If you mean biological evolution, then yes. Their brains evolved the same way human brains did. If you mean within individuals then it depends on the type of animal. Some animals are capable of learning to varying degrees and some are not.

Clearly these cunning descendants of dwarf hounds owned by neanderthals have manipulated hominid evolution through epigenetic changes socializing humans for centuries ... no really I'm being serious and then there's the curious case of cats evolving humans to design furniture and altars so they could be worshipped ... no really!

It is likely predators did. It is most obvious in predatory mammals. Porpoises, orcas, canines, felines, vulpines - if they couldn't outsmart their prey they would probably be mighty hungry.
