Orange juice and medicine???!?

i know orange juice/ grape fruit juice is bad to take with medicine. i just drank a glass of orange juice, and i take hair, skin, and nail vitamins everynight. how long would i have to wait to take my pill?

    DONT FORGET THAT WHEN TAKING THESE U NEED TO TAKE THEM AFTER U HAVE A MEAL! MY DAD IS IN THE SCIENCE FIELD AND TELLS ME TO DO THAT, AND MY FREINDS DAD IS A DOC AND TELLS HIM THE SAME =)))
