I have no interests or life path?

I literally have no idea on what I am to do with my life. I am shy. I have tried many things but have not found anything that I find enjoyable yet. My life is dull and I'm over it. At the moment nothing is "fun". Before you go and say "find something enjoyable" THAT'S MY POINT I cannot find anything. I feel like I haven't felt actual enjoyment in anything for about 4 years.

Be creative and start with small things that catch your attention.

    Small "plays" in your mind.

    Play is fun.

Be quick and capture it on paper so you don't have to worry about memory and so you can link thoughts together.

Write your ideas down in a diary or journal.

Use looseleaf paper folded vertically so you don't waste a whole line for just a phrase or two.

I think for your own benefit it is good to take notes about your impressions and observations. Then combine and correlate and put together your life. Keep life simple and don't overcomplicate with fake interests and jobs any more than you have to.

    Stick to true interests.

Try to remember and go back to what you used to enjoy.

You say that you haven't found anything 'fun' in the last four years. Could this be a symptom of depression? You should go and talk to somebody so that you will start to find fun in life again. For a job to be enjoyable you need to things, to do something that you enjoy and to have great people surrounding you. Some people work the worst jobs but still really enjoy going to work because the people around them are really caring and together they just have fun.

Congratulations! you just took the first step towards a new exciting lifestyle, and life direction! You've become restless with your current condition and have realized it's time for a change. And While you have taken the first big step towards accomplishing your goal, I hate to say it there are no more steps, because once you've realized you want change- there is nothing else you can do but put yourself with good friends who will support you through any sort of change. The rest will come naturally and while it will take time you will try new things and get involved with something that you enjoy and your problem will be solved.

The problem I think we all have when it comes to life and our future goals is that we try too hard, and we are worried what others think of us. Trying to hard to figure out something that you know nothing of will just burn you out. The thing is we are to just let it come to us and in the mean time continue on what you are currently doing. You can't force your self to do something you are not ready to do. The part about worrying of what others think of us is the main problem when it comes to successes and future goals. We live in a unnecessarily competitive world and if you are not competitive than you will get no where. Also people just like to put others down or make things difficult for certain people just because they know you will never past their test. It's just like with going to college which I am currently doing, and I want to quick because it's nothing but a money scam and the things they teach me is the same dumb *** thing in each class. I am not learning anything, but with out a piece of paper I can't get the job I desire. Honestly I am just okay with being a security guard and continue with my art work.
