no. I'm 5' 2 and I weigh as much as you, and I'm at the lower end of healthy.

I assumed age 20 and waist 27 inches which gives you 21% body fat. healthy range is 21%-33%

because the site doesn't allow 14 as a correct answer lol

The popular method, promoted these days, to know whether one is Under-weight or normal or Over-weight is by calculating one's BMI (Body Mass Index)

BMI = body mass (in kilograms) / [Body height(in meter)]^2

If you Body Mass Index is with 18.5 to 25, then it is considered as healthy.

Going by that measure, the BMI is calculated to be 14.89, which is classified as 'Very severely underweight'.

    BMI-for-age:

BMI is used differently for children. It is calculated the same way as for adults, but then compared to typical values for other children of the same age. Instead of set thresholds for underweight and overweight, then, the BMI percentile allows comparison with children of the same sex and age.[11] A BMI that is less than the 5th percentile is considered underweight and above the 95th percentile is considered obese for people 20 and under. People under 20 with a BMI between the 85th and 95th percentile are considered to be overweight.

Recent studies in Britain have indicated that females between the ages 12 and 16 have a higher BMI than males of the same age by 1.0 kg/m2 on average.

No, you're a bit underweight. But don't worry about it. Women gain as they age, especially after having babies. So being skinny, you're way ahead of all the other women who will end up being lethargic couch potatoes in a few years.

height and weight wise you're well within a normal body mass scale. Maybe you're just not toned. At 14, your body still has years of changing to do

Find out if you need to lose or gain weight. Check your BMI here:

    http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bminojs.htm

If you need to lose or gain weight,

    1) download an app for you computer, tablet, or phone that will help you record the calories you eat and burn from exercise. I use an app called "Lose it!"

    Then

    2) check to see how many calories you burn just living, here:

    http://walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/blcalcalc.h...

Now compare the two. If you need to gain weight, according to your current BMI, then you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you need to lose weight, then you need to burn more calories than you eat. A pound is equal to 3500 calories.

If you're at a healthy BMI, your perfect!

No, you're actually very thin. Your BMI is 18.2. Anything under 18.5 is underweight. You are slightly underweight.

Don't brag. You know you are not fat. You want to brag, and you are wanting everyone to know how "hot," you are by asking it like you think you're fat.

    So annoying!
