Goku sends him to the DBZ Hell and he Wrestles two German muscle builders.

Freddy slashes at Goku with his claws

*claws break*

Goku raises hand

Goku flicks his finger

Freddy gets blasted a mile into a mountain

Freddy is unconscious FOREVER (since he apparently can't die)

Freddy need fear and to be remembered to have power. Goku can't really be scared by many ( mostly cause he's not the brightest) and Goku could just send him to HFIL ( home for infinite losers) DBZ hell basically.Plus on DBZ a halo is the difference between life and death.

he doesnt have to kill freddy just beat him in a fight i mean seriously when you see fights at school does someone die everytime? no they almost never die and a lot of the fights in dbz didnt end in someone dieing and if freddy comes back goku would beat him again
