Look honey , I'm over 6 ft Tall and over 60 , My Wife is under 50 and shorter than me , We have been Married for nearly 27 years , I am on a diet because I am over weight , my Wife admits that she would like to be slimmer but isn't on a diet , I am disabled and unable to exercise But My Wife is very active and is always busy doing something , she doesn't over eat , her size is hereditary , her Dad was chubby , My Family members were all chubby , they enjoyed their food as I did , I don't Smoke or Drink so its not a beer belly that I have , I'm just plump but my Doctor has told me to cut out fatty foods like Cheese , Ice-Cream , Pork , Full-Cream Milk , Chocolate , etc., I have always eaten fresh Fruit and Vegetables and as I do most of the cooking , I have tort myself how to cook fat-less and sugar-free foods , I think that we are what we are , On TV they show thin people on diets or doing exercise but not fat or chubby people , very active thin people could eat and drink more than we do but because of their metabolism they burn off their body weight , I eat less but can't burn off anything so it just clings to me , I am miserable trying to lose weight and not ! don't worry , what will be , will be !
