You don't need to lose ANY weight! You're just perfect! You're eating very little and unbalanced.

Try having for breakfast some toast instead, with jam and butter. For lunch have a sandwich with salad or some kind of fruit. And for dinner, well if it's your mum's choice then just make sure it's including carbs, protein and a veg. :) Have some kind of milky drink i.e. hot chocolate/milkshake throughout the day or in the evening, and snack on fruits/yoghurts.

first of all stop eating biscuits. they arent healthy. try to eat whole eggs and fruit for bfast. lunch you shld eat some veggies and chicken with some brown rice. make sure your mom makes healthy food for dinner. what you are currently doing is throwing your body into starvation mode and itll store all the food you consume therefore building fat. the key to weight loss is exercise along with a diet high in protein and good carbs(found in eggs and fruit, if you eat bread get sprouted grain bread because regular wheat bread is highly processed and unhealthy). good luck

Try working on your English first, then move on to your diet.
