audio aids for the blind?

hello
 
my mother has lost her vision
does anybody here have leads on
MP-3 disk players that a blind person can easily use
she would like to listen to old radio programs 
that are on MP-3 disks
i have a player but she can not handle the 
small switches and can not see the display

Ok so I know it supposedly refers to the republican party but I don't think that is true. I mean people use the phrase in contexts that does not seem like it means the republican party... its confusing

Any why does everyone say GOP nowadays. I never heard anyone say it like 10 years ago, it's like a recent thing.

Any I don't like the phrase and how it sounds, its such an annoying sounding phrase. the letters G O and P just don't go together. Its so stupid sounding.. why would anyone call themselves the GOP. it's like such a smarmy annoying phrase. I don't hate republicans, I just hate the phrase GOP. Not what it stands for,, I just hate the letters together!!!! Whenever someone says GOP I just want to tear my hair out AHHH!!!!!! GOP GOP GOP GOP GOP GOP GOP GOP AAAH!!!!!!! Hate that damn phrase.
