How do you correctly spell....?

I want to put in the name of a resteraunt...but ...I know that it starts out like.....(totally mispelled here), Shay DavO'ris... Actually it is a fake resteraunt name that I am trying to make out of the names Dave and Lori but...I would like to know the prettiest looking and of course the best way to spell all of this. Help please? THANKS!
